Ken Berger
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ken is responsible for Real Hospitality Group’s insurance program, contract negotiations, compliance, owner’s lender reporting, business development, and balance sheet/profit and loss analysis. He also oversees all financial management of the RHG hotel portfolio and corporate office.

His passion for high quality, cost efficient solutions has made RHG an industry vanguard. Ken’s extensive background in hospitality finance and operations has stretched across hotels, convention centers, dinner theaters, nightclubs and golf resorts. He is also an experienced gaming management professional having served as Financial Controller for the first property awarded a category 3 gaming license in Pennsylvania.  Ken has a vast amount of multi-property experience as well, having previously served as Regional Controller for 30+ hotels during his tenure with one of the largest brands in hospitality. He also brings extensive internal and external audit experience and has worked closely with numerous accounting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Ernst & Young.

Ken attended Temple University and was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from LaSalle University. Ken has been a member of the International Association of Hospitality Accountants and participated in establishing financial regulations and policies for the Hospitality industry within his local chapter.
